Susan Spear is owner of SAS Transitions, a national practice transition company and also licensed broker with Medical Practice Brokers, Inc., a national brokerage firm for dental practice sales and buyer assitance.  Susan brings over 30 years experience in dentistry to transitioning both private and commercial dental practices throughout the United States.  She has been specializing in transition throughout the United States.  She has been specializing in transition consulting since 1995 and opened her own transition consulting firm in 2001.  she has helped hundreds of dentists and their teams move through the transition process effectively and smoothly.  Susan believes that there is a major difference between transitioning your dental practice and simply completing a sales transaction.

Susan is a requested speaker, author of many journals and book articles, including Dental Practice Report, MDDS Articulator Magazine, Tojan Today, Standard Operating Procedures for Dentists - SOPs!
